Ofcom Reveals Most Complained About Telecoms Providers

How did your broadband, mobile, and landline providers do?

EE, TalkTalk, and Vodafone generated the most broadband complaints, according to the latest figures from Ofcom, the communicaions regulator, covering the third quarter of 2025.

EE’s complaints figures remained the same as in the previous quarter, while TalkTalk and Vodafone saw an increase in complaints.

Plusnet was the least complained about broadband provider in the quarter, which spanned from July to September last year.

When it came to landlines, TalkTalk had the most complaints, which rose on the previous quarter. The Utility Warehouse generated the fewest landline complaints.

The most complained about mobile providers were O2, Sky Mobile, and Three. Customers mainly compained about how their complaints were handled and issues with faults, services, and getting connected.

When it came to pay-TV complaints, EE gained the most, while Sky and TalkTalk generated the fewest complaints.

EE, Tesco Mobile, Vodafone, and iD Mobile generated the fewest pay-monthly mobile complaints.
