Skyscanner, the Scottish tech unicorn, has launched an app in ChatGPT enabling travellers to search and find the best possible options and price choices for flights.

The Skyscanner app in ChatGPT will allow users to plan travel trips using natural language with personalised recommendations.

The Skyscanner app in ChatGPT has launched in the UK and US giving travellers in those markets access to Skyscanner’s global flight options.

With 160 million users a month, Skyscanner is one of the top online travel firms in the world, providing users with price comparisons on flights and other travel options.

The firm is also looking at other ways it can use AI to enhance the traveller experience across other points of the traveller journey.

It is currently being used to power Skyscnner’s car hire and hotel chatbots on its own platform which give conversational experiences to deliver faster, higher quality decisions for travellers.
