Glasgow-based corporate gifting platform Go Swag has raised $5 million in a funding round to support its US expansion, grow its team, and further develop its proprietary AI technology.
The round was led by Mercia Ventures, with participation from Techstart Ventures and strategic angel investors. It brings Go Swag’s total funding to $6.2m to date.
Founded by Conor McKenna and Ben, Go Swag provides a tech-powered platform designed to help companies deliver premium, on-brand corporate gifts worldwide while handling operational complexity including product curation, warehousing, customs, logistics, and fulfilment.
The company works with more than 1,000 companies, including Meta, Apple, ElevenLabs, Netflix, and n8n. With a 30-person team based in Glasgow, Go Swag said it has achieved five consecutive years of triple-digit compound annual growth, with a 112% CAGR.
The funding will be used to accelerate international expansion, particularly in the United States, and to open a warehouse in Southeast Asia to support global distribution. Go Swag also plans to grow its team from 30 to 70 employees across growth, sales, engineering, and operations.
The company will also continue investing in automation across quoting, account management, and recommendation systems.
Rethinking a superficial, ESG nightmare
Go Swag is targeting a corporate gifting market projected to reach $1.1 trillion by 2028, but which the company says has seen limited innovation over the past two decades.
The sector remains highly fragmented, with companies often forced to work across multiple suppliers, sourcing channels, logistics providers, and customs processes to deliver gifts to employees, customers, prospects, and event attendees.
According to Go Swag, this complexity often results in generic gifting programmes, diluted brand experiences, and sustainability being overlooked. The company also said 84% of branded gifts are either passed on or end up in landfill.
Go Swag’s platform is designed to turn corporate gifting into a more intentional brand channel, combining AI-driven product curation with a high-touch service model.
Its proprietary AI engine, Sonny™, delivers curated product recommendations in seconds, while its Claim Pages™ tool allows recipients to provide details such as sizes and addresses directly. Go Swag said this can reduce gifting administration by up to 96% and help avoid common issues such as ill-fitting “unisex” clothing.

The company is supported by warehouse infrastructure across the UK, the Netherlands, and the US, enabling global distribution with visibility over orders, inventory, and programme performance.
Conor McKenna, CEO and Co-Founder of Go Swag, said: “Corporate gifting is a trillion-dollar industry that spent decades normalising mediocrity because no one built a competitively viable alternative. We started Go Swag with less than £200 and the belief that every gift a company puts its name on either strengthens the brand or quietly undermines it.
“This funding allows us to take this conviction global, beginning with a major US market expansion. The catalogue is dead and we’re replacing it with smart AI-assisted curation and a better gifting process to match.”
