Edinburgh cybersecurity firm Quorum Cyber has secured an investment package from London-based private equity business, Livingbridge.

The deal includes growth capital to enable Quorum Cyber to accelerate expansion, increase investment in solutions development and enhance the company’s sales and marketing functions.

Livingbridge described Quorum Cyber as a “unique business with a proven track record that is well-positioned to benefit from the momentum for quality security solutions”.

Founded in 2016 by CEO Federico Charosky, Quorum Cyber provides managed security services for a range of enterprises, including banks, cloud providers and major brands.

In July 2020, the firm secured £2.7 million in funding from Maven Capital Partners through corporate finance specialist, HNH.

The deal builds on Livingbridge’s recent track record in the cybersecurity industry, which includes investments in organisations including TitanHQ and Adarma.
