Mental health and wellbeing solution provider Frog Systems has appointed former FanDuel and Sharktower CFO Brendan Waters as its first Finance Director.
He joins Frog Systems as the company prepares for the next stage of its growth journey and seeks to break down the stigma and taboos surrounding mental health and wellbeing in society.
Waters brings a wealth of expertise in taking technology businesses from startup to scaleup and maturity.
He will work for Frog Systems as Finance Director while continuing in his advisory roles to several other high-growth technology businesses.
Waters said: “There is huge potential for growth for Frog Systems through the increased demand for wellbeing solutions, particularly to support employees.
“The economic cost of poor mental and physical health is increasing and the team have created a product that meets the expectations of this fast-growing market. I am very excited to be working with the great people at Frog Systems to help them prepare for the next phase in the company’s growth.”
Frog Systems has raised £2.1 million to date, which it has invested in talent and the development of its Ashia wellbeing product set for the corporate and SME markets.
Its acquisition of a roster of blue-chip clients has provided the company with tangible evidence, and confidence, that the wellbeing market is growing and is receptive to evidence-based digital solutions.
Clients include the Switch the Play Foundation, which brought Frog Systems in to create a new platform to help sportspeople transition to new careers.

It’s an exciting time to be joining us and I’m delighted to welcome him to our leadership team.”
