Edinburgh-based SoConnect Acquired by Air IT

Supported by August Equity, Air IT has acquired thirteen businesses to date. SoConnect is its first one in Scotland.

Private equity-backed Air IT has announced the acquisition of managed service provider, SoConnect. This latest move establishes a regional hub for Air IT in Scotland and further increases its share of the UK SME market.

Air IT CEO James Steventon said: “SoConnect are a fantastic addition to Air IT, and we’re delighted to have them on board.
