Digital tech consultancy AND Digital has scooped several awards as Best Companies revealed its regional, sector and national rankings of the best companies to work for.

AND Digital took the coveted title of Best Tech Company to Work For, as well as ranking in the top five in all its UK locations, including second place in Scotland for overall best company.

The firm’s mission is to close the world’s digital skills gap through upskilling businesses in digital capabilities. Its employee culture and support for the wellbeing and development of its employees have placed the company in good stead.

Since the launch of our first club in 2020, over 200 ANDis have joined us across Edinburgh and Glasgow. We intend to grow to 500 ANDis by 2025, bringing plenty of opportunities for digital talent to join us on our journey.”
