Cloud Cover IT Announces 20 New Roles Across Scotland

Cloud Cover IT has announced the creation of new jobs as well as major developments to its business at the Cloud First Summit in Edinburgh.

Glasgow-based digital transformation firm Cloud Cover IT has announced that it will create a further 20 roles across Scotland throughout 2022 following record growth.

During their participation at the Cloud First Summit in Edinburgh on the 16th of June, the company’s founder and Managing Director Lance Gauld outlined the growth plan which will see an increase of almost 50% in staff at the Scottish IT firm.

Having recently celebrated the company’s 10th birthday and record year-on-year growth, the company has expansion plans for both its Managed IT and Digital Transformation services.

Additionally, the company recently attained ISO27001 accreditation to further strengthen their service offerings.

Speaking at the summit, Gauld said: “This is such an exciting time for our sector and for Cloud Cover IT specifically.

“Our focus on the whole Digital Journey for our clients, the amazing growth we have experienced, and our focus on Digital Information security made ISO27001 a natural next step for us and our clients.”
