After delivering an outstanding pitch at EIE18, Cyan Forensics (CF) is set to take part in the prestigious finals of Pitch@Palace, an event that showcases Britain’s most promising startups.

The ambitious tech start-up will be pitching it out alongside other high-calibre finalists, for the top spot at St James’s Palace in London.

Only Scottish Contender

Out of the final twelve companies, only CF hails from Scotland. The intense experience of pitching at EIE18 has helped to prepare Graham Little, Business Development Executive who will be representing the company in the finals in London.

Little an ex-RAF officer told DIGIT: “Learning how to pitch what we do clearly and concisely in one minute has been great – and the on stage experience was exciting.”

“At Pitch at the Palace you get three minutes. More time, but it’s at St James’s palace, the Duke of York is sitting in front of you, and there are two military buglers standing next to you who drown you out if you go over!”

“I hope the UK public get behind us as we’re helping in the fight against vile crimes, and as the only Scottish company we’re already seeing great support from the Scottish tech scene. Winning this award would really help raise our profile nationally, so please help us by voting.”

The company is no stranger to success at EIE, having previously raised £550k after pitching at EIE16 and EIE17. Currently, CF is in second place in the online public vote for the Pitch@Palace People’s Choice Award.
