East Kilbride-based Eureka Solutions has claimed its seen a 15% increase in turnover – now at £5.25 million – following a restructuring of the company’s cloud business.

The change in tact has reportedly seen Eureka Solutions establish new business piplines within the gaming, clothing, sport and online retail sectors . As a result, the company has increased its turnover projection for the current financial year to £5.8 million and expanded its headcount to 72 – with more hires expected.

In its new business structure, Eureka has one arm delivering business software package Oracle NetSuite, while the other oversees the longer-established area of operations, delivering solutions related to accountancy software Sage, as well as the firm’s proprietary software integration tool, Cloud Data Exchange.

The former – led by David Lindores – has seen Eureka Solutions on-board clients such as St Andrews Links Trust, The Gym King and nDreams to NetSuite.

Lindores explained: “We started out the financial year by undertaking a restructure of the company into separate divisions – the clarity and focus that has given to our teams has been brilliant.

“There’s no doubt that our business has also benefitted from the changes in working practices which came about as a result of the pandemic.

“However, the main reason we are seeing this growth is down to our employees. They are delivering excellence across sales, client relationships and technical solutions.”

Gillian Livingstone – oversees the longer-established area of operations, delivering solutions related to accountancy software Sage, as well as the firm’s proprietary software integration tool, Cloud Data Exchange, added: “While we have been incredibly busy delivering our most successful year ever, we’ve also laid the groundwork for a host of exciting developments which will come to fruition within months.

“We have well developed plans which will see us rebrand one of our offerings, we’ll dramatically enhance our graduate programme and we will be significantly upgrading our already very robust data protection credentials.”
