Andy Lothian, the CEO of Insights will become group CEO taking overall responsibility for both businesses.

The existing leadership team in DOGFI.SH Mobile will  remain with the company. Greig Johnston, currently Chief Technology Officer of Insights Learning and Development Ltd, will become CEO of DOGFI.SH Mobile Ltd.

Both companies will continue to operate independently and support their existing customer base.
