The primary goal of the Cyber League is to collectively address the most significant cyber threats confronting the UK, seeking to establish the UK as the standard bearer for safest online environment for both living and working.

Comprising a diverse array of industry experts, Cyber League members actively engage with NCSC analysts and each other. Together, they leverage their distinctive knowledge and insights to enhance the understanding of the threat landscape. Participation involves various activities, such as analytic workshops and discussion groups, allowing for the exchange of expertise and perspectives.

The collaborative efforts within the Cyber League will seek to play a pivotal role in advancing visibility and monitoring both existing and emerging cyber threats to the UK. By fostering cooperation between industry experts and NCSC analysts, this initiative contributes significantly to fortifying the nation’s cyber resilience.

NCSC director of operations, Paul Chichester on Cyber League: “Cyber defence is a giant, complex and ever changing puzzle, with critical knowledge, skills and innovation spread widely across industry and government. Only through working together can we achieve our collective aim of making the UK the safest place to live and work online.”

Membership of Cyber League is voluntary and the NCSC is welcoming new members. To participate, an organisation must, according to the NCSC, ‘have a substantial UK connection’, and ‘be part of the cyber security or threat intelligence industry.’

Up to three individuals in an organisation can join the Cyber League community, providing they have the relevant cyber experience and knowledge.
