Opulus Financial (Opulus) has announced the appointment of experienced business executive, Lorna Jack, who joins the ‘Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Solutions’ business as its new Chair.
For over a decade, Lorna has held the position of Chief Executive at The Law Society for Scotland and is now currently Chairman of Highlands and Islands Airports, Vice Chair of Scottish Funding Council and Honorary Consul for the Netherlands in Scotland.
The appointment represents an important milestone for Opulus as the business continues seeks to build a highly-skilled team and expand its unique CFO Solutions offering ahead of further growth expected before the end of the year.

In September this year, Opulus completed the acquisition of Glasgow-based accountancy firm, Nicolson Accountancy. It was the largest acquisition for the company since launching as a CFO Solutions business last year.
The purchase marked the fourth acquisition deal since it was founded, joining the smaller acquisitions of John Kerr & Co in Saltcoats, Alexander Marshall in Motherwell and Craig Cleland in East Kilbride.
