SEMTSF 2026 Edinburgh gives employers and organisations a direct opportunity to engage with Scotland’s diverse talent pool.

Now in its fifth year, Scotland’s national ethnic minority talent platform returns for its landmark National Convergence at Tynecastle Park on 29th October.

The Scottish Ethnic Minority Talent Summit and Festival 2026 will reach its National Convergence Point at Tynecastle Park, Edinburgh, on Thursday 29th October. The event will bring together employers, professionals, healthcare leaders, technology experts, educators, entrepreneurs, policymakers, and community organisations from across Scotland for a day of connection, conversation, and opportunity.

Over five years, SEMTSF has grown into a nationally recognised platform where Scotland’s diverse workforce meets the employers and decision-makers shaping the country’s future. What began as a bold ambition is now an established fixture in Scotland’s workforce and inclusion calendar, and this year’s Edinburgh edition is the most significant to date.

From Conversation to Opportunity

Scotland’s economy is being reshaped by digital transformation, the energy transition, and rapidly changing workforce needs. Against that backdrop, access to diverse, skilled talent is no longer simply a question of inclusion; it is a practical necessity for organisations building the capabilities they need for the years ahead.

SEMTSF 2026 creates the space where conversations become connections, and where connections lead to real opportunities for employment, partnership, mentoring, enterprise, and growth.

The Edinburgh programme will feature panel discussions and contributions covering careers, digital skills, health, technology, entrepreneurship, and inclusive economic growth, alongside dedicated networking opportunities that give every attendee a genuine chance to connect with the people and organisations that matter to them.

SEMTSF 2026 Edinburgh gives employers and organisations a direct opportunity to engage with Scotland’s diverse talent pool, showcase career opportunities, build community and business partnerships, and demonstrate a genuine commitment to inclusion in action, not just in policy.

For professionals, graduates, and those starting in their careers, the Edinburgh Summit offers the opportunity to meet employers actively seeking diverse talent, explore career pathways across multiple sectors, build networks, and hear from experienced leaders working across inclusion, technology, health, and enterprise. Attendance as a delegate is free.
