Edinburgh–based employee engagement and wellbeing tool, Trickle, has announced a partnership with CGI, the IT and business consulting services giant. 

CGI plans to work closely with Trickle, hoping the partnership will gain them insight into their team, and attract and retain new employees.

The Trickle app allows employees to make suggestions, raise concerns, and reach out for support to their employers in real-time, all while tracking company progress.

Initially, the two companies will collaborate to support UK healthcare organisations that want to improve their workplace through better employee engagement. Later, the companies will extend their relationship into other areas, including business development and the wider public sector.

With eyes to the future, Trickle plans to continue partnering up with leading industry players in the UK to help organisations optimise their employees’ experience.

Trickle has already established relationships with the healthcare sector, with their client based including the Scottish government and regional health boards including NHS Lothian, NHS Grampian, NHS Highland, NHS Tayside, NHS Borders and the Scottish Ambulance Service.

Lindsay McGranaghan, Scotland Business Unit Leader and Senior Vice President Consulting Services at CGI said: “We have seen the strain those in healthcare particularly have been under over the last two years.
