Payment orchestration provider, BR-DGE, has announced its partnership with global open banking solutions firm, Trustly.
The integration into BR-DGE’s global orchestration platform will provide its customers with access to Trustly’s global open banking capabilities, which in 2023, processed $58 billion (£45bn) worth of transaction value.
This partnership will allow BR-DGE’s merchants to tap into and offer Trustly as a payment option, which aims to provide the safe, seamless deposit and withdrawal of funds to consumer’s bank accounts, as well as other payments, financial and KYC data products that Trustly offers.
“We’re focused on building the technology, connections and relationships that deliver measurable value for the whole payment ecosystem,” Tom Voaden, head of partnerships at BR-DGE, said.
“Our partnership with Trustly is another example of exactly this, empowering merchants and payment providers to easily leverage best-in-class solutions – in this case, open banking technology – to deliver enhanced customer experiences and drive profitability.”
The collaboration will allow merchants to leverage the technology as part of BR-DGE’s payment connectivity network, which is designed with intent to enhance convenience, lower costs, and increase checkout conversion rates.
In turn, Trustly will gain access to BR-DGE’s global ecosystem that empowers businesses across industries such as travel and transport, digital goods, platform businesses and retail.
