Terry Baker, CEO of Daxtra, which is a provider of AI-aided software for the talent acquisition sector, has been chosen by the Association for Talent Acquisition Solutions as part of the TAtech Top 100 Most Influential TA Thought Leaders.
Baker has over 25 years of experience in tech companies within the recruiting domain. His leadership at Daxtra continues to improve the recruitment process through the application of artificial intelligence.
The TAtech Top 100 Most Influential TA Thought Leaders list recognises individuals who are helping to provide innovation and insight in talent acquisition strategy and technology.
Baker’s inclusion reflects his part in driving advancements across critical areas such as enhancing recruiting operations, fostering collaborative relationships with hiring managers, and championing the adoption of cutting-edge talent acquisition tools.

This list comes on the backdrop of 80% of UK employers struggling to find the talent they need, according to a report, which is above the global average of 75%. According to TotalJobs, 78% of businesses recruited in Q4 of 2023, which also noted that vacancies still remain higher than pre-pandemic levels.
