Trickle, the Edinburgh-based employee engagement and wellbeing company, has appointed Amanda Kerley as Chief Operating Officer.

Kerley has been with Trickle since 2020, most recently as Customer Wellbeing Lead, and experience lies within the retail, property and legal sectors.  She will oversee the execution of Trickle’s strategies to help meet the company’s future growth plans.

Launched in 2019 and headquartered in Edinburgh, Trickle’s client base includes the Scottish Government, over half of the country’s regional health boards and the Scottish Ambulance Service.

The Trickle app gives employees the opportunity to make suggestions, raise concerns and reach out for support to their employers in real-time.

The platform claims to support employee wellness and is sector agnostic, working with public, private and third sector organisations of any size.

Trickle’s platform features an analytics dashboard which helps organisations understand the needs of their employees and identify emerging issues in real-time, so leaders know where to focus their attention when making improvements.

Trickle’s CEO, Paul Reid said: “Amanda has proved a brilliant addition to the business since her arrival.”

“Her appointment will put Trickle in a strong position as we continue to drive growth across the public and private sectors,” Reid said.
