Pufferfish has appointed a new interim Chief Sales Officer as the Edinburgh-based firm looks to drive global sales and accelerate market expansion.
Chris Huggett has joined the firm, bringing a wealth of experience from a 34-year career delivering strong growth for global technology and managed service providers.
Previously, Chris has led international teams of up to 700 across sales, marketing, product management and other functions, and has experience retaining customers in enterprise, mid-market and SMB (small and midsize business) segments.
He has successfully targeted emerging markets, and launched innovative technologies to market, in various leadership roles in the UK, Germany, Netherlands and across EMEA with Cisco Systems, HP, Dell, 3Com, Sungard and Vodafone.
In his new role at Pufferfish, Chris will be responsible for expediting the company’s future sales plans and maximising commercial opportunities.

Pufferfish CEO Elaine Van Der Berg added: “Chris joins us on an interim basis to ensure our global sales strategy is robust and the company is well positioned to launch into new markets with new, innovative products.”
This appointment marks the latest in a series of senior appointments by Pufferfish this year as the Edinburgh firm looks to capitalise on the rapidly growing global market for interactive, multi-sensory and immersive experiences.
Pufferfish continues to target a broad range of industries, including corporate communications, education, science and research, museums, visitor attractions and immersive art exhibitions.
In September, the firm announced an investment round to help fund this new phase of growth.
